The evidence library

Proof

Everything we claim elsewhere on this site links here. Every artifact below is real output from our machinery, redacted where it touches client systems and unedited otherwise.

Claims are tagged the way our factory tags them, at one of three confidence tiers:

Proven
An artifact is on disk or a test ran green.
Traced in source
Read from code, not yet run against a live system.
Probe candidate
Needs a live environment to settle. Never presented as a confirmed defect.

We hold this line because it's the whole point.

Public teardown Proven

The Bugzilla teardown

A 25-year-old open-source codebase run through the factory in public: 7 bounded contexts and 18 cross-service events found in discovery, five services rebuilt, and a browsable behavior catalog cited into Bugzilla's actual source. The source is public, so anyone can check our work against the original.

Case study Proven

OTR Select, chaptered

One engagement in chapters. Factory v1 built OTR Select, a production SaaS, in six weeks, with an architect reviewing at stations that are now automated gates; Factory v3 then verified the estate, and 23 of 24 generated specs ran green against live staging on the first run.

Gate transcript Proven

A sample run, annotated

One work item's gate log, line by line, with margin notes on what each gate checks. It includes two failures and the rework that cleared them, because a transcript with no red entries reads as theater.

Catalog excerpt and enforcement matrix

An excerpt of a real catalog: behaviors with typed semantics, provenance citations into source, and migration decisions, beside an enforcement-matrix sample crossing frontend rules against backend guards. The boundary block is included exactly as it ships to clients.
