A 25-year-old open-source codebase run through the factory in public: 7 bounded contexts and 18 cross-service events found in discovery, five services rebuilt, and a browsable behavior catalog cited into Bugzilla's actual source. The source is public, so anyone can check our work against the original.
One engagement in chapters. Factory v1 built OTR Select, a production SaaS, in six weeks, with an architect reviewing at stations that are now automated gates; Factory v3 then verified the estate, and 23 of 24 generated specs ran green against live staging on the first run.
One work item's gate log, line by line, with margin notes on what each gate checks. It includes two failures and the rework that cleared them, because a transcript with no red entries reads as theater.
An excerpt of a real catalog: behaviors with typed semantics, provenance citations into source, and migration decisions, beside an enforcement-matrix sample crossing frontend rules against backend guards. The boundary block is included exactly as it ships to clients.
